Why Notion Beats Spreadsheets for Client Work

I used to manage clients in Google Sheets. It worked, but barely. Every new client meant duplicating tabs, formulas, and conditional formatting. And if I needed to share progress with the client, I’d export a PDF and email it. It felt clunky.
