Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital templates from templatewithq. By buying or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.

What you receive. When you complete a purchase, you get instant access to a Notion template file. You can duplicate it into your own Notion workspace and use it for your personal or client projects. The template is delivered as a link or file, depending on the product.

License and permitted use. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own business or personal use. You may customize it for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template or any derivative version with others. You may not offer it as part of a template pack for sale.

Payment. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is final once payment is completed.

Delivery. Delivery is instant. After payment, you will receive an email with the download link or a link to duplicate the template. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Refunds. Our refund policy is detailed on the refund policy page. In short, you can request a refund within 14 days if the template does not match the description, subject to conditions.

Acceptable use. You may not use the templates for any unlawful purpose, to create competing products, or to circumvent the license restrictions.

Changes to terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page. Continued use of the templates after changes means you accept the new terms.
