Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Notion template. If something is not right, you can request a refund under the conditions below.

Refund window. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund.

What qualifies. A refund is available if the template is significantly different from the description on the product page, if the download link is broken and we cannot fix it, or if the template has a technical issue that prevents it from working as intended and we cannot resolve it.

How to request. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Include a screenshot if relevant. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

How and when you get your money back. If your refund is approved, we will process it through PayPal. The money will be returned to the original payment method. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What is not refundable. Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind, if you did not find the template useful, or if you have made significant modifications that affect its functionality. Since these are digital products, once you have downloaded and used the template, we cannot take it back. We also do not refund for issues caused by Notion’s own software or if you do not have a Notion account.
